MOBILE HOME PARKS - ARE THEY A WISE INVESTMENT VEHICLE?

YES! This is a specialty property, that can be operated very much like a single family home, except there will be fifteen (15) to twenty (20) mobile homes on a single lot. Think about it as you drive on Florida in North Tampa, Ruskin, Clair Mel and of course Plant City, Florida. You can buy a mobile home park for six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000.00). You may have to service the debt by paying six thousand ($6000.00) dollars a month. Rent each unit out for $125 a week. Twelve (12) rented units will service the debt on the loan. The rest of the money from the rented units will be for the salary for the on-site manager, maintenance, upkeep of the park and profit.
