Knowledge Is Key To Buying and Selling Real Estate

I HAVE SIGNED A CONTRACT TO SELL AND BUY SOME REAL ESTATE. NOW WHAT?

After the sales agreement has been signed, the selling process is really just beginning. Read it closely, a series of terms and conditions requires the buyer and the seller’s compliance. First, does the deal require financing or is it a cash deal? Is a home inspection required or a business evaluation? Have you received a title commitment? Are there any title issues? Do you need title insurance to protect against title errors? Do you want or does the lender require a termite inspection; a survey and/or an appraisal. While some closings in Florida can take three (3) days, most closing take 30 – 45 days from the date the contract was signed.
