MAKE MONEY ON R.E.O.’S. When there are no bidders at a public sale, the bank, by law, becomes the owner of the property. Banks are eager to sell these properties to generate cash. Call your banker and ask for the R.E.O. list. Negotiate on the asking price with the banker that sent you the list as the asking price is not usually the final sale price. This is not a big market in Florida, but it is a market in need of investigation.
